Location
Dunmore East is just a one hour drive from Cork and a mere two hours drive from Dublin. Which is nothing to a hen party. It’s a beautiful port town on the south coast a stone’s throw from Waterford City. Theres lots to see and do and plenty of activities to suit all types. Hit this town on the right date and you could find yourself swinging to music of the Dunmore East Blue Grass festival. On another date it could be munching through the festival of food set up in little tents and a marquee with live music.

Of course the most important ingredients for a perfect hen weekend are the food and drink spots. Weird and wonderful is the best way to describe what’s on offer from gourmet dining to the good old fish and chips and everything in between those two. If the Irish do anything right it’s the pubs, some brilliant establishments, all friendly and most doing music on the weekends.
