7 Reasons Why a Cocktail Making Class is the Best Way to Kick Off a Hen

8 Jan 2019
A cocktail Making Class as the hen party activity has and will continue to be a firm favourite with our Hens. It’s a fantastic, funny and relaxing activity that gets the Hen night off to the perfect start. Here are 7 reason why a cocktail making class is the best way to kick off a Hen.

Your Dressed And Ready For the Night Ahead

Let’s be honest here for a minute ladies. It can take a while sometimes to get ready for a night out. A tad bit longer if there is a larger group of us all waiting on the shower, straighteners and hair dryers. And ideally, no one wants to be going back and forth from their accommodation to change after an activity before heading out again.
With a cocktail making class, you’ll be all dolled up and ready to roll for the Hen night ahead. You’ll get to enjoy some great cocktails and look fantastic doing it at the same time.

No Working Up a Sweat

Perhaps I’m getting a little lazier as I hit my 30’s but I want to party and relax on a hen party weekend. I don’t want to be running around like a mad thing and sweating. I do that enough in my spin class during the week.
A Cocktail Making Class is a relaxing affair and the only energy you’ll have to expend is to lift the glass to your mouth or give a cocktail a little shake. Ahh…I say cheers to that.

Cocktails are Tasty!

There’s no getting away from it. Cocktails are simply downright tasty! Who doesn’t love a Cocktail? A hen party weekend is all about treating the bride to be and yourself. So, start as you mean to go for the night and enjoy a delicious cocktail.

You Get To Try New Flavours

One of the great things about a Cocktail Making Class is getting the chance to try out a whole host of different flavours and cocktails that you may not get a chance to do so on a regular night out. Do you know what I mean? You’ll be on a night out, thinking that you may try a new cocktail on the menu but you end up ordering your favourite that you always get because you know it tastes unreal!
In a cocktail making class, you can taste new flavours and decide for yourself if they worth trying later again on the hen night.

Learn a new skill

You get to learn a new skill ladies. Perhaps it could be your new party trick! Learn how to mix the perfect cocktail, what spirits to use and what flavours compliment each other. I love being the host and I simply loved learning this skill!

It’s so much fun.

It might be the alcohol or it might simply be the company of all your hens. But a cocktail making class is so much fun. You’ll be laughing and smiling from start to finish and it’s one of the reasons I suggest to kick off the Hen night with a Cocktail Making Class to so many people.

The Perfect Toast

Finally, on the 7 Reasons Why a Cocktail Making Class is the Best Way to Kick Off a Hen. It’s the perfect activity to toast a bride to be. It’s early in the night so let’s be honest, it avoids any chance of an awful photo that makes you look way drunker than you actually were. You’re all looking fab and you all have a delicious cocktail in hand. You’re all set then for an incredible Hen Night ahead!

We booked with henparty.ie back on 2019 but when Covid hit everything shut down!! We were finally able to go in March 2022 and any deposits and payments made were easily transferred which was great. Headed to Galway and we were booked in the imperial hotel…
