Head up any of the little streets and they will bring you into the main shopping area of John Roberts Square, packed with shops like Jewellers, boutiques, coffee shops, big department stores and the fantastic book centre store. For the history buffs, go on a tour of the Viking triangle and experience 1000 years of history. Other activities are available for the adrenaline freaks, like The Great Escape, The Axe Junkies, cycling, walking, and water sports or just go and get pampered and have a spa.

Getting Here

You might want to visit a smaller city to avoid the hustle and bustle of the likes of Cork, Belfast or Galway. Waterford is a small city, which means easy parking, is nice and relaxing, yet has an endless choice of fun Getting here won’t stress your head with trains from Dublin, motorways from everywhere and a great intercity bus connection. Waterford also has buses to the beautiful towns of Dungarvan and Dunmore East if you want to see places outside of the city. Hey there's even an airport if you organise your own hen party plane!

If the Deise isn’t taking your fancy, you’ve got plenty of options both near and further afield. Just 30 minutes away you’ve got the beautiful Dungarvan which is booming since the opening of the Waterford Greenway, on your bike! You’ve got the stunning coastal village of Dunmore East just an hour away from Waterford City and this is quickly becoming a hugely popular hen party destination.

If you want to go a bit bigger and bolder, our Kilkenny Hen Party Packages never disappoint (some even call it the Hen capital of Ireland!) but it has some stiff competition from Carrick On Shannon, which also lays claim to the crown. Both are located very centrally and are a great size.

I simply could not fault any part of our weekend away in Waterford, my sister had the best time ever😊We had done 2 nights, got back yesterday and out of a group of 14 girls nobody had any problems. Dinner in Tower hotel was fab and the pole dancing was hilarious, many thanks to Katie who was so supportive from the very start. I’ll defo recommend ye to others in the future.

We had a great time in Waterford. Everything ran smoothly and to plan. The spa was so relaxing and we all enjoyed our treatments there, the therapists were so friendly and accommodating to all our different needs. We had our night in Waterford and working with our event planner Katie was a She was very helpful with our queries and organised our night brilliantly for us. We had a truly fantastic weekend in Waterford we stayed in Waterford Castle and the accommodation was amazing very spacious 3 bed houses with everything you need could not have asked for better and the staff were great. We had an issue with our bus and they let us keep one of the houses till it arrived. We chose the Drag Show as our activity and the show was great definitely the perfect way to start our night would definitely recommend it. We had dinner in the tower hotel and the meal was fabulous and the service & staff were great. The pub and club were perfect we had our own area in both and with 19 females that made all the difference . I couldn't recommend your service highly enough .
